The Basic Materials: Baking

I've decided that to start off i would show you my must-have materials for baking

Here we go!

First up we have salt, a dozen eggs a large block of butter and some vanilla extract, these are must haves for your kitchen.

Now some tools of the trade, an electric hand mixer saves a lot of time, you should also have a large whisk and a good sifter.

Make sure you have some basic baking pans such as two round cake pans, a cupcake tin, and a cookie tray.

 Also keep handy some parchment paper, a measuring cup, and a can of non-stick baking spray in your pantry.

And last but not least you should always have some sugar, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, icing sugar, and a rolling pin handy
